Here are the answers to the questions from the committee. Please give me a call so I can come over to your office and walk you through any questions you may have.  I am sending the full proposal in a separate email. I am also scanning and sending the practicum courses that were not included along with the corresponding course proposal since they required some changes based on your review. I have already scanned these courses to Linda Langham.
